Accounts

All customers need to become a registered member of www.writewayservices.com before they are able to book any of the content writing services listed.

Customers are responsible for all activity which takes place on their account, and we remind customers to keep their password and log-in information secure.

Payments

All payments for content writing services are booked and paid for in advance. After making an enquiry a customer will be sent a quote, and works shall begin when this quote has been accepted. Work cannot begin without payment.

We accept payment through the website using all major cards including Visa and Mastercard.

Please note your billing descriptor will be shown as WWSLS, NIGERIA.

Refund policy

There are a number of revisions which are included within the original fee of all copy projects, but in the event that your issue has not been able to be resolved through the content rectification process then you will need to raise a formal complaint and request a refund.

A refund would only be accepted in limited circumstances, and this could include if the copy which has been prepared differs greatly from the original specifications in the brief.

We will not accept refunds or revisions which result from the client not having provided the correct information or incomplete information at the time of submitting a brief.

Prices

All projects shall be priced differently, and this will depend on the subject matter, length, and duration of the project. All prices will be clearly communicated with clients ahead of work beginning, with all payments due in advance.

Topic generation

If you need help generating titles for the articles which we have written for you, this is something we are able to include in the service free of charge.

Content uploading

If we have prepared web copy or online copy for a specific project and you need help uploading this content to your website or content management system (CMS) then this is something we can include in the package for you, free of charge.

Submitting briefs

We have a brief template which clients can fill-in for copy jobs including web pages, press releases, white papers, and web copy. You can also provide your own brief, and we will review this with you to make sure that our writers have everything they need and all accompanying material to be able to do the job.

If you do not provide sufficient information at the time of submitting a brief, then we shall not be liable for any inaccuracies or delays to the final project.

All orders which are requested through www.writewayservices.com must be submitted online through the website, where we will also keep track of all orders and communication in one place.

Content delivery

It is our standard procedure to deliver all content orders through email, using the email address supplied by the customer at the point of registering for an account.

For larger or more long-form projects such as e-books, then we may also upload your completed content to a cloud storage platform of your choosing.

Revision policy

While our writers always work hard to complete the works and submit it on time in accordance with the brief, sometimes some revisions will be required once the first proof has been submitted. As such, we will complete revisions in a timely manner at no extra cost to you in accordance with the following:

• Up to two rounds of revisions to style and grammar only
• An extra round supplied at our discretion, when an accurate brief has been provided
• Please note that revisions are not re-writes, nor can they be used to make changes to the original brief
• A revision can not be used to add extra word count to the original set amount stated in the brief
• A revision can not be used to add extra subject matter or material which was not previously agreed on in the brief

Please note that we will always edit and proofread all work before it is submitted to the client, so it is always error-free. However, if you would like your content to make use of specific language or grammar, then please specify this in the brief when telling us about any additional editorial guidelines we need to know.

In the unlikely event that there are any inaccuracies in the spelling or grammar of the first draft, then these shall be revised and amended free of charge.

It is the customer’s responsibility to fully check all the content provided by Write Way Services before using it.

Content ownership

Write Way Services holds no ownership over the rights of the content which has been written for customers. Customers will own the content which has been written for them outright as soon as they have paid for it.

Liability

Write Way Services shall not accept liability for any consequences, losses, or damages which may arise from any clients or customer because of any failure to meet specific deadlines.

Write Way Services shall not be liable for any consequences, losses or damages which may arise from any clients or customers which fail to check the accuracy of written content prior to its further distribution or publication.
